ORKIST Live 8th March 2016

Ciao a tutti…thanks for checking out our latest mix, it was great fun to record so we hope you enjoy the journey.

This was a live recording of our first four hour set on http://www.londonpirateradio.co.ukwhich starts out with some upbeat house, moving into progressive and then some broken beats before building the energy into tech house and some deeper tech sounds.

This week we’ve particularly enjoyed listening to the latest sounds from Sista Matic (Entrancement Warm up show – Sista-Matic b2b Mooncat – London Pirate Radio. 5/3/16), Peter (PBAC) and a fantastic set from Marc (“Smi 041 * We want your soul”) who is producing some beautiful uplifting music.

As always, we’d love to hear what you thought of this weeks upload and let us know of any new sets or tracks you’ve particularly enjoyed recently. Have a great week – Dan & Ben.

Thanks for stopping by to listen to our latest sounds. We’ve had another week of listening to some great new music, in particular recent sets from:

This week’s set starts off with some of our favourite deep house tracks before getting its funk on into some breakbeat with plenty of rolling basslines and then finally back out into tech house with a little minimal.

Let us know what you think. We’re really enjoying these sets on London Pirate Radio and have just arranged to play longer sets every Tuesday evening from 8pm – 12am UK time.
